Introduction to Education:
There are three TaskStream Submissions in FOUND 1501. To meet part of the 25 field experience hours required outside of class, each student is to submit two documents (a resume and a reflection) as the Critical Task for the course. Each student also uses TaskStream to submit the Field Experience Verification Form. See your instructor's syllabus for the point values that count toward your course grade related to each task.

RESUME: The information provided through the links below will guide your successful completion of the Resume.

• BLANK FIELD EXPERIENCE VERIFICATION FORM:
  You will enter information directly into this form online using TaskStream. Here is what the form looks like so you can have all your information prepared when you are ready to enter your responses.

• GRADING THE FIELD EXPERIENCE VERIFICATION SUBMISSION:
  The Field Experience Verification form submission is worth 15 points. The grading table the instructor will use to score this submission is found in the course syllabus (look in the Tutoring section). Notice you will also need to return a signed attendance sheet from the placement site indicating that you have completed the tutoring. This signed document is worth points toward your grade (see your syllabus).

HELP: The information provided below gives you places to turn for assistance regarding the technical side of TaskStream.

• TaskStream Assistance:
  Susan Moorer is the BCOE Coordinator of Outreach & P-12 Assessment. As part of her duties she is a friendly face who can help you with the technical side of TaskStream. She assists students in signing up for TaskStream accounts and troubleshoots problems.
• Contacting Ms. Moorer:
  Ms. Moorer can be reached in person, by phone, or by email. She is most often on duty 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday. She does leave the office to attend campus meetings and meet with classes each day as well, thus it is best to call for an appointment.

• Another Place of Technical Assistance:
  Many of the student workers in the Academic Advising Office are trained in TaskStream. Look for them in the Beeghly College of Education, Rm 2101.
• One More Location of Assistance:
  Many of the student workers in the Curriculum Resource Center have TaskStream training. Look for them in the CRC Computer Lab, Rm 1206.
